The Maratone the Bible app is an innovative proposal for reading and studying the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. The idea was created by Philippe Azevedo (@mapasdoph) and continues to be one of the most creative ways of maintaining constancy in the Word of God.
Marathon the Bible arose from the need to encourage men and women to dedicate more time to the Scriptures. After all, everyone marathons a series or several films for several minutes at a time. Now with the app it will be possible to do this with the Bible as well.
One of its tools is the Pomodoro Timer, a technique that helps with focus and concentration. With this, it is possible to avoid distractions and have more focus when studying the Bible, in a simple and practical way. 25 minutes of reading and studying concentration and 5 minutes of rest.
The Maratone a Bible app has three versions of the Bible: ACF (Almeida Corregida Fiel), NVI (New International Version), which has a more accessible language, and the JFA (João Ferreira de Almeida), which has a more classic translation. The user can also choose to read and study the Bible physically.
In the Maratone a Bible app, the 66 books of the Bible are available, divided into: Pentateuch, Historical Books, Poetic Books, Major Prophets, Minor Prophets, Gospels, Acts, Letters and Apocalypse.
Pentateuch: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy

Still in the application, the user can view the most read and popular books on the platform.
Among its features, the Maratone a Bible app records how many chapters the user read and the number of minutes/hours they spent reading the Bible. This allows Christians to monitor their progress in reading and studying the Bible. When reading digitally, he can mark the most important passages and even copy them to share with friends and family.
